Overview

NZ Arise is a live event website created to provide visitors with clear information about the Revival Weekend in Auckland, including event schedules, registration, speaker information, venues, directions, and parking guidance.

My Role

I prepared the dataset, selected relevant features, trained multiple machine-learning models, compared their performance, and analysed which approaches were most suitable for pharmacy inventory decision support.

The Challenge

The project required a visually distinctive event website that could communicate key information clearly while making registration, venue information, and event details easy to access across desktop and mobile devices.

The Solution

I designed and built the website with a responsive, event-focused interface and developed the supporting navigation, event sections, registration links, venue and parking information, and visual styling. The project was managed through GitHub and deployed using Render, while the custom nzarise.co.nz domain and associated email services were configured through GoDaddy.

Key Features Considered

Event schedule, Humanitix registration integration, speaker section, venue and parking pop-ups, Google Maps/directions links, responsive layout, custom branding, and live custom domain. The live site currently presents all three event days, registration links, guest-speaker information, and venue/parking guidance.
